There are no barriers in the sport of wrestling and you can expect a very warm welcome at the Belfast Bulls Wrestling Club. We practise the art of Olympic Freestyle Wrestling and our training attire is simply shorts, t-shirt, and wrestling shoes or trainers. Every member of the Belfast Bulls Wrestling Club has the opportunity to participate in what is globally acknowledged as the oldest sport in the world.

THE BENEFITS

Wrestling is probably the best sport for overall physical development as it involves all the muscle groups and during training, a wrestler works on constantly improving their strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, speed, and technique; what they learn on the mat is transferable to real life experiences they are self-reliant, mentally and physically fit, self disciplined, competitive and responsible.
